Bambusa Bicycletta

Milling of the new and improved pivot connectors which will attach to the pivot assembly. I need to figure out how to assemble the bearings in a way that isn’t permanent so I may assemble them dry and then reassemble with grease.

The connectors had to be recreated because of the aluminum i was using would not bend to such a drastic angle without breaking and cracking which would compromise the integrity of aluminum part.

I essentially bought large stock aluminum 6061 and machined the whole part into 2 of what i wanted then split it in half with a hacksaw, finished each side and drilled and honed holes to fit the pivot axle.
